We helped Kicks up-level their brand and e-commerce presence

As a leading Nordic beauty retailer, Kicks proudly operated more than 250 brick-and-mortar stores across Sweden, Norway and Finland. Given that only a fraction of their Kicks Club members were shopping online, this meant there was untapped potential in their e-commerce presence.

Because of their trusted reputation, they wanted to make sure a rebrand would feel inclusive of their diverse customer base. Ready to embrace this new chapter of growth, the mission became evolving their brand and transforming their e-commerce website. This meant everything from establishing fresh brand guidelines and building out a design system to conducting usability testing, ensuring everything met our shared commitment to excellence.

Kicks understood that their customers were more intentional in their product choices and expected a high level of service, especially when shopping online. They were eager to deliver on this vision by unveiling an enhanced e-commerce experience and a fresh, bold identity.
